This past week we shared some fun things that make a mom’s heart smile in our Million Moms Newsletter. So we wanted to share it here for you. Be sure to add your own.

1. That moment when your child realizes your real name isn’t ‘mom.’

2. That moment when you realize you put the kids to bed an hour ago and you’re still watching Nick at Nite.

3. That magical experience when you go shopping alone and feel like you’ve just taken a vacation.

4. Those 2 whole minutes in the shower before your children barge through the door.

5. That special place where you stash your chocolate and no one knows about it. (At least you hope they don’t!)

6. That special moment when your kids are out of diapers and your realize you no longer have to pick up your children and smell their butts to see if they need to be changed.

7. The wonder of silence in the house when you know it’s because the kids are gone and not because they are into something they shouldn’t be.

8. That lunch with friends where you don’t have to tell any little munchkins to sit down, stop kicking, or quit burping at the table.

9. Those bedtime kisses and night time snuggles that your heart will never forget.

10. The treasured times with your family that traditions are built on and memories are made of.
