While you’re outside enjoying the sunshine and the long days of summer, don’t forget about dinner!

Easily whip up this delicious meal in a snap!  These summer sandwiches are made with three easy ingredients, and I promise your whole family will beg for seconds!

 

Easy French Dip

A super easy slow-cooker recipe.

Ingredients
  1. 1 (3-4 pound) boneless beef roast
  2. 1 16 ounce bottle italian dressing
  3. 1 loaf french bread, or french sandwich rolls
Instructions
  1. Place roast in a slow-cooker and pour italian dressing over the top. Cook on low setting for 7-8 hours. Place shredded meat on french bread. Serve these delicious sandwiches next to bowls of the warm broth for dipping.
